The appointment form collects the information you choose to submit:

• First and last name

• Requested service and preferred appointment date and time

The site does not offer customer accounts and does not ask for a password or payment-card details. Please do not include sensitive personal, financial, medical, or account information in the free-form message field.

Vercel hosts the website and may process ordinary request and security information needed to serve and protect it, such as request timing, requested path, browser or device information, and network information.

Vercel Web Analytics records page views and associated technical information, such as the page visited and referrer, to produce aggregate traffic statistics. Vercel Speed Insights records real-user performance measurements such as loading speed, responsiveness, and visual stability. An interaction event records only the action and the area of the page it came from, such as the header, the footer, or a service page. No interaction event carries a name, phone number, email address, message, or vehicle detail.

Xtra Miles uses website information as reasonably necessary to:
